Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to running, retraining or swimming because these exercises are good for helps maintain good health and cardiopulmonary function. Other people like to stay healthy by eating fruits and high-protein foods. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.


For example, I like to walking, playing badminton and yoga. The reason I like to walk or do yoga in the morning because it is not too intense and I can enjoy the scenery and keep in shape.I like to play badminton in the afternoon. It allows me to have fun with my friends and strengthen my cardiopulmonary function.


In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat apples, broccoli and more than 70% chocolate least one time a week. 
Apple is my favorite fruit. I usually eat it for breakfast or after meals. It is rich in vitamin C, available all year round and delicious.
My grandmother often cooked cauliflower for dinner.Healthy and high in fiber to aid digestion.Eating some dark chocolate every day is good for cardiovascular health, anti-aging and maintaining a good mood.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much Potato chips, candy, donuts.potato chips are high in oil and salt, which may make people obese, easily increase body fat, and are bad for the cardiovascular system. Candies and donuts are high in sugar, which can cause tooth decay, obesity, and even diabetes.

In conclusion, for health, we should eat more vegetables, fruits and some dark chocolate, and less unhealthy snacks.
