My Spring Holiday Plans

Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 3rd through April 6th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this holiday, my family typically would go to the columbarium to worship and sweep the graves. Grandma would cook a lot of dishes to worship the ancestors.I might go to work or hang out with friends .This year, my plans are as follows. 


On the first day of the spring holiday, I’m going to go National Museum of Fine Arts. Go to an art exhibition, feel the artistic atmosphere and broaden your horizons.Enjoy the surrounding food And collect some painting inspiration.

On the second day, I'm going to go to Taichung Business District. While I’m there, I plan to go shopping with friends, eat and chat about the latest news, and take photos with friends.. 


Then, on the third day: I plan to go to the cinema, watch a new movie, eat some delicious dessert, take a walk, and then go home to sleep.

Meet up with friends, eat well and rest, a fulfilling holiday.

Three Important Future Technologies

I’m sure that there will be many useful technologies in the future. However, I think that the three most important technologies will be  Biotechnology, autonomous driving and AI. The reason I think Biotechnology can not only be used in agricultural planting and genetic modification, but also in the development of drugs to fight diseases. Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to running, retraining or swimming because these exercises are good for helps maintain good health and cardiopulmonary function. Other people like to stay healthy by eating fruits and high-protein foods. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to walking, playing badminton and yoga. The reason I like to walk or do yoga in the morning because it is not too intense and I can enjoy the scenery and keep in shape.I like to play badminton in the afternoon. It allows me to have fun with my friends and strengthen my cardiopulmonary function. In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat apples, broccoli and more than 70% chocolate least one time a week.  Apple is my favorite fruit. I usually eat it for breakfast or after meals.
